How to recover a deleted FaceBook page?

Are you an owner of Facebook Page? Ever lost your FaceBook fan page? Has your facebook account got hacked (compromised)?

This happened to many of the peoples out there due to hackers, by mistake, etc. But what do you do if this happened to your Facebook page? I just came across those links on Facebook help page:

Facebook has provided few options in order to recover deleted page. Kindly look at below.

1. Fill this form in case, if your page has been disabled: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=page_disabled

2. Fill this form in case, if your page had a bug – by mistake deleted, hacked, etc.: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=pages_bug

    Can any body help me to recover my admin rights for my page, I made some admin but he deleted me from admin list in fact I had the original Id and Page ownership.

    I received no notice as to a problem, but my facebook page has been removed. Please, someone explain what is the problem so that I might delete the offending post and have the page returned.
